It was 2007, as Christmas is near the corner, everyone is feeling festive and weary as the year is going to end. It was eve of Christmas, as usual, me and my friend decided to go out and have a glass of beer. I was wearing flat and jean, not looking for anything that night, just wish to catch up with a friend to wind down and talk about what had passed. Little did we know, a beautiful girl dress in evening gown half sober knock us from behind the table. It was our dear friend who just finished attending a wedding.
As it getting late the evening, everyone was almost drunk, a lot of friends of friends came in the pub and the atmosphere is getting high with the loud music set on. I was doing nothing, just watching people and chatting with new and old friends inside the pub. As it reach 3am, the pub is closing down the shop. We need to make a move.
As me and my friend were making way out, the other friend who dress in evening gown were completely drunk flat out. I couldn't carry her, so the plan, was to hijack a guy stranger to carry her for us. We managed to hijack a guy name Adrian, and he is so helpful, that he carry her all the way to his car and decided we should stay in his house till she is sober enough. And that's what we did.
As we were at his house, we noticed, he is really neat and tidy and quite a nice guy. Our drunk friend was completely knock out and slept till morning. As the morning arrived, we thought of making our way out again. Out of sudden, there is a knock on the door, and Adrian requested us to be quiet and sit on the sofa to wait for the knock on the door to subside. As predicted, it didn't go off the knocking on the door, but its became more loud and strong the knock. At first we thought, it could be loan shark guy, police or what so ever. But suddenly, there is a lady voice shouting Adrian to open the door.
At that point, 3 of us were really afraid, and we tried to hide inside the room as Adrian trying to open the door. We just hope the girl won't find us as we wish no hurting was done. In addition, we were really afraid of the girl as she is shouting as thought something wrong were done by us. When the girl was in the house, she is shouting and managed to found us out inside the room, and together, we were screaming out of fear. It was hilarious the situation. The girl did nothing to us, but were in tear, as she throw her Christmas present on the floor that was suppose to give to Adrian. The girl found out a purse on Adrian car and that's, the cause of her panic attack. My friend who dressed in evening gown try to console the girl and try her very best to explain the whole situation to the girl. But damaged were done and we hurried ourselves out from the house. And so we went back to each other home and try to recall what have happened, and we concluded, that was an unforgettable Christmas for 3 of us.
